We are very selective with our screening process, which leads to a very low turnover rate. We also keep our portfolio within a range that we can oversee without being overwhelmed. Owners can trust that our dynamic maintenance approaches will keep your property in top condition, this minimizes expensive repairs and maximizes the value of the property. Quality over quantity is always best.

Rental requirements
No Evictions or filings
No pets
$65 application fee for everyone over the age of 18 living in the home.
3x’s the monthly rent income required
clean verifiable rental history. NO EXCEPTIONS (family members/ friends/ hotels etc. are not considered rental history)
Minimum of one year on your current job, active employment (no layoffs)
No bankruptcies
No co-signers
Each applicants must qualify individually young adult children -(18-21 excluded)
600 credit score minimum on properties under $1500 -620 for properties over $1500
MUST BE RESERVATION DEPOSIT READY UPON APPLICATION approval (equal to the rental rate)
Renters insurance required
